BCCI bans pacer Rasikh Salam for age fudging

BCCI have banned Rasikh Salam from the India U19 squad for 2 years for allegedly submitting a faulty birth certificate. The All-India Junior Selection committee has said Prabhat Maurya will replace Salam in the team which will play an ODI Tri-series in England starting on July 21. Salam, a promising pacer from Jammu & Kashmir, made the headlines when he debuted for Mumbai Indians in this year’s Indian Premier League.
