A bench warrant has been issued against recently retired cricketer Gautam Gambhir for not appearing in court repeatedly despite his exemption plea being rejected in connection with the case against Rudra Buildwell Reality Pvt. Ltd. The real estate group has been accused of cheating the investors in an Indirapuram building project and not fulfilling promises. Gambhir was a brand ambassador for the project.
