Brazilian tennis player Diego Matos has been handed a life ban from professional tennis and fined $125,000 after being charged with several match-fixing offenses. Matos has also been ordered to repay $12,000 he received as winning prizes in tournaments played in Ecuador. 31-year-old Matos contrived outcome of at least 10 tennis matches during 2018 at ITF level tournaments in Brazil, Sri Lanka, Ecuador & Portugal.
