Chris Gayle became the first cricketer to hit a hundred in Global T20 league in Canada. The swashbuckling left-hander, appearing for Vancouver Knights, scored a 47-ball ton to guide his side post a huge total of 276/3, the 2nd-highest total by any team in T20 history. The Caribbean big-hitter remained unbeaten on 122 off 54 deliveries in an innings that comprised of seven fours and 12 sixes against Montreal Tigers.
