Commonwealth TT Ch'ships: India women clinch maiden title, Men's defend crown

India women defeated defending champion Singapore 3-0 to win a maiden title at the Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships while Indian men beat England 3-2 to defend their crown. Singapore women lost the title after winning the Cup for eight consecutive times since 1997. On the other hand, Harmeet Desai, celebrating his 26th birthday guiedes men team to to lift the Host Association's Cup.
