In the wake of the Coronavirus, the BCCI and the organisers of the Indian Premier League have decided to push back the start of the Indian league to April 15. The decision was taken during a meeting between the franchises and the BCCI. The matches will be held without crowds. However, there will be no reduction in the number of matches and more double-headers will be organised to finish the series in due time.
