25-year-old British-Pakistani pugilist Muhammad Ali has become the first diabetic boxer to win a professional fight. He defeated Russia's Andej Cepur 40-36 at Victoria Warehouse. Ali, who was denied a professional licence in 2015 but was eventually granted one in 2018, suffers from Type 1 diabetes since the age of four. He thanked everyone for their support and asked people to never stop believing in themselves.
