Mumbai City FC crashed to their 2nd straight ISL defeat at home. Having suffered a 2-4 defeat to Odisha last Thursday, the hosts went down by an identical scoreline against FC Goa who played a free-flowing football to take the game away from Mumbai. While Lenny Rodrigues, Ferran Corominas, Hugo Boumous and Carlos Pena scored for the Goans, Sarthak Golui and Souvik Chakrabarti scored the consolation goals for Mumbai.
