Fury-Wilder boxing rematch postponed by virus pandemic

The third bout in Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder’s heavyweight fight has now been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic in the US and Britain. Britain’s Fury, who had dethroned unbeaten WBC champion Wilder with a superb 7-round victory last month, was supposed to defend his crown in Las Vegas on July 18. The rematch has now been rescheduled until October at the earliest as the sporting world remains standstill.
