The sixth edition of Indian Super League will see a new team with Hyderabad FC replacing FC Pune City, a club plagued by financial problems in recent times. The Hyderabad team owned by Vijay Madduri and Varun Tripuraneni will play its matches at Gachibowli Stadium. Pune City were struggling to pay salaries to players and support staff during last season and they are also facing a two-window ban on player transfer.
