ICC mulling substitutes for Tests if player tests positive for COVID-19

The development was put forth by Steve Elworthy, ECB director of special projects. COVID replacements are certainly something that the ICC is discussing. It’s certainly something we hope would be allowed, said Elworthy. Last year, ICC brought about “like for like” substitutes in case of concussion.
