Amid jump in sexual harassment cases at workplaces against women came in light through the #metoo campaign, New Zealand Cricket Players Association included guidelines related to the importance of consent in sexual relationships in the players' handbook. Guidelines mentioned under a section titled "good decision-making" state that no matter the situation, sexual consent is crucial and "if they say no, it means no.
