Indian opener and ODI vice-captain Rohit Sharma played a steady inning of 42 runs in the second ODI against Australia in Rajkot. Rohit, in the process, became the fourth Indian opener ever to complete 7000 runs in ODIs. He has now joined Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Virender Sehwag in an elite ODI list after reaching the milestone. Rohit was dismissed by Adam Zampa after scoring 42 off just 44 deliveries.
