IPL 2020 Auction: 971 players registered, 73 spots are up for grabs

The IPL 2020 player auction will take place in Kolkata on Dec 19. 971 players have registered for the auction of which 713 are Indian and 258 are overseas players. Among the foreign players, 55 are from Australia, 54 are from South Africa, 39 are Sri Lankan, 34 West Indies, 24 from New Zealand, 22 England players and 19 Afghanistan players. There are only 6 players from Bangladesh, 3 from Zimbabwe and 1 from the USA.
