IPL 2021 Player Auctions: Only 13 franchise officials permitted, 2 RT-PCR negative tests needed

BCCI have issued some SOP for IPL franchise owners and officials who wish to attend the IPL 2021 Player Auctions which will take place in Chennai on February 18. Although they don't need to quarantine ahead of the auction, but they will need return two negative RT-PCR COVID-19 tests if they are to be allowed at the venues. The owners have to take a test 72 hours before the auction day and one on arrival at the venue.
