KL Rahul become 3rd fastest to score 1000 T20I runs; joins elite T20 list

KL Rahul joins Indian cricket’s elite list during the 1st game of the 3-match T20I series against West Indies on Friday. After scoring 26 runs the Indian opener become the seventh Indian batsman to hit 1000+ runs in the shortest format. Till now, only Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan and Yuvraj Singh have achieved this feat. He also becomes 3rd fastest to score 1000 T20I run.
