Lokesh Rahul became the 3rd Indian and 25th overall to score 6 successive half-centuries in Test cricket during India's 2nd match against Sri Lanka. In Colombo, Rahul continued his good form and joined his Karnataka teammates Dravid and Viswanath in an elite list. Interestingly, Rahul became the fastest Indian (18 Tests) to achieve this feat; he also became the 1st India opener to score 6 consecutive fifties in Test cricket.
