After Bangladesh got rid of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma in the warmup match, the stage was set for KL Rahul to secure the number 4 spot. Rahul was at his absolute best. A superb hundred from him not only ensured India go past the middle phase, but also answered the dilemma around this spot. Captain Kohli was also pleased with the effort and later indicated Rahul may well walk out at the number 4 position.
