Mahmudullah hit a quick-fire half-century as Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 39 runs to enter the final of the T20 tri-series. The hosts will now play Afghanistan in the final. Inspired by Mahmudullah’s 62 off 41 balls, Bangladesh managed to put up 175 for7 – their highest total against Zimbabwe in T20s and then pacer Shafiul Islam and debutant leg-spinner Aminul Islam shared five wickets to bowl out Zimbabwe for 136.
