Pravin Amre, currently batting advisor to USA cricket, has applied for India's batting coach role while future of current coach Sanjay Bangar remains under big doubt. The contracts of the current Indian coaching staffs will expire at the end of the West Indies tour, and Bangar's position is under the scanner the most. Amre has several coaching stints in IPL while the latest being the scouting head of Delhi Capitals.
