Rani Rampal to lead Indian women’s hockey team in NZ tour

Rani Rampal will captain Indian women’s hockey team for the New Zealand tour, starting January 25. Goalkeeper Savita will be Rani’s deputy. The first match of the tour is against New Zealand Development squad on January 25, followed by 2 New Zealand women’s team matches on January 27 and 29. There’s also a match against Great Britain on February 4 and then last match against New Zealand women’s team on February 5.
