Ravi Shastri, support staff to get 45-day extension post WC

India head coach Ravi Shastri & his support staffs (batting coach Sanjay Bangar, bowling coach Bharat Arun and fielding coach R Sridhar), whose contracts end after the World Cup, will be given a 45-day extension by Committee of Administrators. The CoA, headed by Vinod Rai, will conduct the interviews for all positions after the Indian team comes back from England. Shastri was named India’s chief coach in 2017.
