Ravichandran Ashwin sets world record

Ravichandran Ashwin today registered a world record after he became fastest cricket all-rounder to achieve Test double of scoring 2000 runs and taking 250 wickets in 51 Tests. Ashwin achieved this milestone during the 2nd day of the 2nd Test match between India and Sri Lanka in Colombo. He went past great Richard Hadlee of New Zealand who took the same number of wickets and scored runs in 54 Tests.
