Sachin Tendulkar has sued a popular Australian bat manufacturer company. He has accused it of using his name and image for promotion of products, but it has failed to pay him $2 million in royalties as per contract. Sydney-based Spartan Sports International reportedly agreed to pay Sachin at least $1 million per year to use his image, logo and promotional activities to sell “Sachin by Spartan” goods and clothing.
