Saina Nehwal Loses in World Semifinal

Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal had to settle for a bronze medal after losing her semi-final contest against Nozomi Okuhara of Japan in tight three games in Glasgow. Saina failed to produce her best show against the unpredictable Japanese. Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu is the only remaining hope for India at the World Championship. She will take on China’s Chen Yufei in the other semi-final later in the day.
