Sanath Jayasuriya’s selection committee resigns

Sri Lanka Cricket selection committee led by Former Sri Lanka captain Sanath Jayasuriya has resigned following the team’s poor show in the recent Test and ODI series against India at home. The five-member panel will stay on only for the next two ODIs and the sole Twenty20 against India. Sri Lanka Cricket vice-president Mohan de Silva has confirmed that Sanath Jayasuriya’s panel has indeed stepped down.
