Caster Semenya has alleged IAAF "used" her like "a human guinea pig" as they argued at the Court of Arbitration she takes medication to control her testosterone. South Africa's Semenya is still in a legal dispute with IAAF, who have said the champion 800m runner has to take medication or compete at a different distance. Semenya claims the drugs make her feel "constantly sick" with "unknown health consequences".
