Smriti Mandhana scores fastest T20I fifty

India’s opening batswoman Smriti Mandhana on Wednesday struck the fastest fifty for India in the Women’s T20Is. The left-hander hammered a half-century in just 24 balls during the 1st T20I against New Zealand in Wellington. With her latest feat, the 22-year-old bettered her own record of a fifty in 25 balls created last year against England. Among all the players, Mandhana is 6th on the list of fastest fifties.
