Surpassing Warner, Chris Gayle become fastest batsman to 4000 IPL runs

Gayle Storm continues to be a headache for bowlers. Veteran West Indies batsman and the opener of Kings XI Punjab, Chris Gayle became the fastest to reach 4000 IPL runs. He achieved this feat in just 112 innings during the match against Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur on Monday. He surpassed David Warner who had reached 4000 runs in 114 innings. Gayle joins Raina, Virat, Rohit, Gambhir, Uthappa, Dhawan, Dhoni in elite group.
