The World Table Tennis Championships, originally scheduled for March 2020, will now take place from September 27 to October 4, as per the new schedule announced by ITTF. One of the most important annual table tennis events, the 2020 World Team Table Tennis Championships were among the ITTF events that were postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. It was scheduled to take place between March 22-29 in Busan.
