Former England international Kevin Pietersen’s Twitter account was locked on Saturday for violating the micro-blogging website’s norms. Pietersen’s locked account was the result of his tweet ‘violating rules against abuse and harassment’. The tweet cited by Twitter was the one where Pietersen had jokingly threatened to slap television presenter Piers Morgan. Kevin Pietersen later shared that his account has been restored.
