WC Final 2019: ICC responds to overthrow controversy

While the controversy continues, even legendary umpire Simon Taufel has said the on-field umpires' decision to award 6 runs for Martin Guptill’s controversial overthrow in the final over of England's chase against New Zealand in the World Cup final is an "error in judgment". And now ICC has finally responded by simply saying the on-field umpires take the final decision and ICC doesn’t comment on such things.
