We never disrespected anyone: State Sports Minister defends cutting prize money

The Haryana govt is being criticized by athletes as in their new policies they have reduced the amount of prize to them. Gold medalists Bajrang Punia and Vinesh Phogat slammed the govt and in order to defend their decision, the state Sports Minister Anil Vij in a statement to media said, "We have never disrespected anyone. Haryana govt gives biggest prize money and provide them with the best jobs than any other state."
