World Cup organizers apologized to fans over long wait for the game between Pak & WI

Cricket fans had to wait way too long to watch a cricket match between WI & Pak considering it was 35 over contest. ICC apologized to fans for a long wait & even processed automatic refunds. ICC is said to be working with Ticketmaster company for all different measures to prevent this from repeating again. It includes print ticket from home & improving ticket distribution mechanism by having additional support if needed.
