India’s star wrestler Vinesh Phogat has criticized the process through which Padma awards are given to sportspersons as she termed it an “unfair one” after getting rejected for the third time. The current World Championship bronze medalist and touted to be one of India’s biggest medal hopes at the Tokyo Olympics, Vinesh took a dig at the government accusing them of neglecting “deserving” candidates time and again.
