Federal prosecutors have charged Ex-Google & Uber engineer Anthony Levandowski with 33 counts of theft & attempted theft of trade secrets. He worked at Google's self-driving car project 'Waymo' but left in 2016 to start his own self-driving truck firm. The govt alleged that he downloaded thousands of confidential files from Google's Waymo car project before quitting & eventually launched a startup acquired by Uber.
