Without disclosing terms, InfinityAR's acquisition by Alibaba announced

The announcement made this weekend that an Israeli virtual reality startup, Infinity Augmented Reality, has been acquired by Alibaba, though the terms of the deal not disclosed yet. Both the firms had a strategic partnership since 2016 and collaborated on augmented reality, computer vision and AI projects. The start-up was founded in 2013 to work in various industries to unite AR into their apps.
