An FOIA lawsuit has been filed against the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and 4 other agencies by the American Civil Liberties Union, along with others as the federal agencies failed to disclose about the hacking activities done by the government targeting the American public. The lawsuit has asked them to reveal the hacking tools and methods they used.
