Jack Dorsey said Twitter was unprepared for manipulative and weaponized social media efforts

Jack Dorsey the chief executive of Twitter has appeared before a Senate intelligence team and said that Twitter was ill-equipped for the manipulations that take place on social media including harassment and propaganda using the bots. Dorsey said that now they have learned from other nation's election to how to protect the integrity of US elections. He also added that there are changed happening but it will take time.
