Utah driver sues Tesla for crash in autopilot mode

Heather Lommatzsch, a Utah driver has filed a chargesheet against Tesla after slamming her Tesla car into a stopped firetruck while the car was on auto-pilot mode. Her lawsuit says that Tesla sales people told her while in auto-pilot mode she could just touch the steering. When her car slammed onto the firetruck, she tried the break but it did not work and she broke her leg. The firetruck driver is also injured.
