Advocate moves to SC, questioning Govt's snooping orders

Advocate Manohar Lal Sharma filed a PIL in the Supreme Court on Monday questioning the government's announcement about authorizing the 10 central agencies to intercept, monitor and decrypt any computer. In his PIL he said that the order given by the govt. is illegal and unconstitutional. He said the step came to find political opponents and thinkers to dominate the whole nation in the forthcoming general elections.
