After AI, Indian Railways is up with Emotional Intelligence

Indian Railways minister Piyush Goyal, after AI, has come up with EI. To deal with signal failure it came with Artificial Intelligence and now to help senior railway officials improve their service delivery systems it came with Emotional Intelligence. He said that there are times when officers can't sustain pressure which leads to poor decision making. So, an EI module has been made to solve a problem and for other things.
