Airtel customers can now use Google assistant to know bill summary and data plans

Bharti Airtel is collaborating with Google to bring the Google assistant based customer care services to the customers to make them feel digitally empowered. The feature will be available for both prepaid and postpaid customers. The prepaid customers can inquire about their data balance, data plans, new offers and the postpaid customers can get to know about outstanding balance, recharge details and other things.
