Bitcoin will likely split into 2 separate currencies on Tuesday, and a new currency called 'Bitcoin Cash' will be born after the blockchain supporting the cryptocurrency is forced to split in two. Bitcoin Cash is planned to have a bigger "block size" than Bitcoin after Segwit2x, giving it more capacity to handle transactions. All holders of Bitcoin will get equivalent funds in Bitcoin Cash on the day of the fork.
