Doraemon picture displayed on UPSC website after being hacked

The Union Public Service Commission's official website joins other govt. website list which came under attack by hackers as late on Monday night UPSC website was hacked and came into limelight after aspirants start sharing pictures of heart and Doraemon with a caption "Doraemon!!!!!!! Pick up the Call" and "I.M.STEWPEED" on Twitter which was displayed on the website. However, the website was restored later in the morning.
