India performing too low in case of Internet connectivity

Concluding on having ' low usage and poor quality despite relatively strong infrastructure', India has been ranked 47 out of 86 in case of the inclusive Internet and connectivity for all. Out of the Asian countries, India ranks 12th out of 23 in case of connectivity as confirmed by the "Inclusive Internet Index" by EIU commissioned by Facebook. As a whole, men are 33.5% are more likely to have internet facility than women.
