India’s first private missile production facility unveiled

Kalyani group (KG) and Israel's Rafael Advanced Defence Systems today commissioned a Rs 70 cr anti-tank guided missile production facility at Hyderabad. The 24,000 sqft facility was set up in under 10 months and can produce thousands of missiles. Kalyani Rafael Advanced Systems, the joint venture between the two with 51% ownership resting with KG, would be the 1st pvt sector entity to manufacture such weapon systems in the country.
