At the India International Science Festival in Lucknow, UP urban development minister Suresh Khanna remarked that a baby acquires skills in mother's womb as the scientists have proved the incident of Mahabharat's Abhimanyu learning about the war while in his mother's womb. Minister of science and technology Dr Harsh Vardhan, known for his controversial remarks about Vedas and Einstein's E=mc2, also spoke at the event.
