WikiLeaks and Assange defense couldn't use Twitter for 24 hrs

The staff of WikiLeaks and the Assange defence team was not able to use their Twitter accounts for more than a day, the whistleblowing website's editor-in-chief informed. The reason for their inability to use their accounts was a huge denial of service attack. WikiLeaks Editor-in-Chief Kristinn Hrafnsson has asked the social media platform to answer why they weren't able to use their handles.
