London's counter-terrorism Police received reports about 3 small bombs in 2 airports & a railway station. They investigated, found 3 small improvised devices in A4 postal bags at Heathrow & City airport and in Waterloo station. These devices appeared to be capable of igniting a small fire when opened. Nobody was injured by the devices. One caused a small fire at an office building in Heathrow airport. London, is on red alert.
